1.Do I need to pay anything to play?
No. The Sealed Hand is completely free. You receive 1,000 virtual coins when the page loads, and you can reset to 1,000 at any time. There is nothing to purchase and no payment details are ever requested.
2.Can I cash out my coins or win prizes?
No. Coins are virtual, exist only for this game, and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, goods, gift cards or prizes of any kind. Hoteljoins offers social gaming only, with no real-money wagering.
3.Why did my balance go back to 1,000?
Your purse lives only in your browser for as long as the page is open. Reloading, closing the tab or moving to another page on the site starts a fresh purse. This is intentional: there are no accounts and nothing is stored.
4.What rule does the house follow?
The house draws on 16 or lower and stands on every 17, including soft 17. It checks for blackjack when its face-up card is an ace or a ten-value card. The full rules sit beside the table on the game page.
5.How is the deck shuffled?
The game builds a standard 52-card deck and shuffles it in your browser with a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by your browser's cryptographic random number generator. When fewer than 15 cards remain, a new deck is shuffled before the next card is drawn.
6.Why is the Deal button greyed out?
Deal waits until your bet is at least 10 coins and no larger than your purse. If your purse has fallen below 10 coins, a note appears under the chips — press “Reset balance” to receive a fresh 1,000 coins.
